Account Registration

Service Terms

Should any change affect pending orders, they will be completed as per schedule or refunded in full. Gloema.com also reserves the right to deny services to anyone at its discretion, without the need to provide a reason. Warranty and Limitations of Liability
Gloema.com is not liable for any damages or issues that arise from the use of products purchased through the website. We are also not responsible for delays or failures in fulfilling obligations outlined in these terms when due to circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged Products
Our quality team inspects every item before shipment. However, should any product be damaged in transit, please contact us at support@gloema.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged item. We will arrange a replacement, subject to availability, for damaged items reported within this time frame. Reports of damages after 48 hours from delivery cannot be accommodated.
Missed Delivery
Our delivery partners will make three attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after these attempts, the item will be returned to us. We can re-ship the item upon request for an additional fee of ₹250. For Cash-on-Delivery orders that are returned, the re-shipment will only be processed after online payment for the item, along with the extra shipping charge, is completed.
