Order Processing and Dispatch
Your Gloema order will be processed and shipped within 1 business day. After your package is dispatched, we’ll send an email containing a tracking link and the AWB number. Simply click the link to track your shipment in real time.
Delivery Timelines
For Domestic Orders (India):
- Metro Cities: Delivery within 2-3 business days after dispatch.
- Non-Metro Cities: Delivery within 5-7 business days after dispatch.
Occasionally, unforeseen circumstances may cause minor delays. In such cases, you can use the tracking link provided or contact us for assistance.
For International Orders:
International deliveries typically take up to 15 days from the date of order. While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to customs or transit procedures. If you have concerns about your order status, feel free to reach out to us at support@gloema.com.
Shipping Costs
Within India:
- Free shipping for prepaid orders.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, a handling fee of ₹125 applies.
For International Shipping:
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and will be displayed during checkout. International shipments are processed on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, meaning import duties, customs charges, and local taxes must be borne by the recipient.
Customs and Duties
Please note that all prices on our website exclude import duties. As the recipient, you are responsible for clearing customs and paying any applicable charges to ensure smooth delivery. Unpaid duties may lead to delays, and we cannot offer refunds on shipping fees if your package is returned to us due to non-payment.
