How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) along with the invoice in a secure package. Ensure the product is unworn, undamaged, and has all tags and packaging intact.

    Email us at support@gloema.com with clear images of the product, tags, and packaging to request a return or exchange.
  4. Pickup Schedule:
    Once approved, our courier partner will pick up your package within 3-5 business days at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed online within 15 business days after the item is received and verified.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange your item for the same product or choose another, subject to availability. Please note, exchanges depend on stock levels at the time of request.

Cancellation of your order:

You can cancel your order before it is shipped, but please note that most orders are processed within 2 hours of placement. For COD orders, cancellations can be made during the confirmation call. For prepaid orders, refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method. To cancel your order, simply Chat or email us at support@gloema.com with your order details at the earliest.

Important Notes

  • Items damaged during transit must retain their original tags for return or exchange processing.
  • Products that are worn, altered, or missing tags may not qualify for a return and will be sent back to the customer.
  • Cancellations: To cancel your order, email us at support@gloema.com within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • International Orders: Returns or exchanges are currently unavailable for international shipments.
