How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Prepare Your Package: Place the item(s) along with the invoice in a secure package. Ensure the product is unworn, undamaged, and has all tags and packaging intact.

4. Pickup Schedule:
   Once approved, our courier partner will pick up your package within 3-5 business days at no additional cost to you.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed online within 15 business days after the item is received and verified.

Exchange Policy

You can exchange your item for the same product or choose another, subject to availability. Please note, exchanges depend on stock levels at the time of request.

Cancellation of your order:

You can cancel your order before it is shipped, but please note that most orders are processed within 2 hours of placement. For COD orders, cancellations can be made during the confirmation call. • Items damaged during transit must retain their original tags for return or exchange processing.
• Products that are worn, altered, or missing tags may not qualify for a return and will be sent back to the customer.
